Responsibilities

- Oversee the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Spa teams
- Monitor standards, and performance of the team with an emphasis on training and teamwork, and accountability; continually coach and provide constructive and timely feedback
- Work closely with the Brand team to remain well-informed of resort offerings and programming, helping direct team members in communicating offerings to guests
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a timely and gracious manner
- Provide exceptional guest services that go above and beyond guests' expectations
- Establish challenging, yet realistic goals to direct operations and overall performance
- Develop and manage the budget to meet or exceed budgeted goals
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships and constant communication across all departments
- Passionate about hospitality and providing elevated service with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Front Office or Housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Proficient in OPERA property management system
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Creative problem-solver
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
