Plano-Coudon is seeking a Project Manager to join our Baltimore office. The ideal candidate has 5 - 10 years of experience building projects between $5M - $25M, has both renovation and base building expertise, and is eager to build in a variety of markets. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and according to the highest standards of safety and quality. Our firm on a growth trajectory, both in the Baltimore market and into the DC region. We look for team oriented, community-minded, and ethical professionals who have an ownership mentality.
