Planned Systems International is Hiring a Project Administrator Near Arlington, VA

Overview

Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle. They assist with planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring project activities and deliverables. They also handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, and communicating with stakeholders.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Support project managers and teams with planning, and tracking project progress and performance
  • Prepare and update project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Manage project communication and information flow among internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with project policies, procedures, and standards
  • Handle project-related inquiries, issues, and requests
  • Maintain and organize project files, databases, and systems

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field
  • At least two years of experience in project administration or coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
