Job Summary:
The Clinical Trainer provides training to support Planned Parenthood of Maryland’s (PPM) clinical care under the direction of the Training Program Manager (TPM), with oversight and strategic direction from the Chief Medical Officer, Director of Clinical Education & Training and the Clinical Services Department. The Clinical Trainer works in partnership with the Health Center Managers and Medical Assistant III’s to provide standardized training using the PPM Training Curriculum, collaborate with other Clinical Services & Operations Administrative staff on projects that ensure efficient center operations and high-quality patient services, and perform administrative tasks supporting the Clinical Services Department.
