Our front of house restaurant staff is a crucial part of our team. The ideal candidate for the position will provide world-class customer service, all while multi-tasking and performing a variety of tasks.
Front of house supervisor will be responsible for providing customers with a safe and memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all dining and bar service activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure only high-quality food is served, while efficient and accurate service is provided.
- Manage and train the front of the house staff
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet the restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, adapt quickly to all new COVID safe practices and regulations in place.
- Manage all reservations on a daily basis to ensure proper staff and flow of restaurant..
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by restaurant manger or dining room supervisor.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience as a Supervisor in an upscale pub setting
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
