Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic In-Home Sales Representative to join our team and drive our solar sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations with potential customers, presenting our solar solutions, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-home sales consultations with potential customers
- Present and explain the benefits of our solar solutions
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients as needed
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications :
- Experience in door-to-door sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Compensation :
- Commission-based pay at 5%
- Potential earnings range from $100,000 to $200,000 per year
