Planet Fitness - Excel Fitness is Hiring an IT Technician Near Benbrook, TX
- Providing break/fix support in local area clubs to ensure SLA attainment across our 25 retail locations in the DFW area.
- Performing acceptance tests and gaining approval from club management following the completion of each installation project confirming all finalized tasks meet Operations and IT expectations.
- Identifying solutions, suggesting improved methodologies, and recommending system enhancements.
- Two to five years of experience installing and troubleshooting network, audio and video components.
- A valid state driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft software and infrastructure
- Working knowledge of PCI-compliant networks, VoIP systems, in-venue A/V & entertainment systems
- Experience maintaining a mixed on-premise and cloud environments and utilizing ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Customer-focused mindset
- Able to prioritize, direct and monitor multiple tasks and assignments with strong organizational skills
- Three years of AV construction installation.
- A year of experience with cable termination.
- Experience in multi-unit retail environments.
