Job Requirements:
Must have a medical assistant certificate or diploma
Must have BLS or CPR certificate
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be able to work weekends
Must be able to work six to 13-hour shifts
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to be for emergency coverage
Must be able to work up to five days a week

Job Duties:
Patient registration/EMR
Insurance verification
Familiar with simple computer tasks and Microsoft
Vitals
Capable of drawing blood
Collecting urine specimens and preparing for LAB send-outs
In-office testing including FLU, strep, and pregnancy testing.
EKG
Injections/Immunizations-Prepare for suturing-Sterilization, etc
