Pay

Salary base $77,200 to $150,000 (No cap!) per year which includes auto allowance. (With annual cost of living adjustments)

Plus, multiple aggressive “profitable” commission structures for those who wish to achieve!

  • Individual monthly CRM commissions based on total book of business, hours and/or total associates
  • Ongoing branch office bonuses every hurtle of “X” more billable hours
  • Monthly new accounts per branch and/or district bonuses
  • Competitive new account winner's monthly bonuses
  • Companywide quarterly company team bonus based on gross revenue
  • Annual companywide team bonuses based on revenue
  • Positive social reviews and ratings bonuses
  • Individual bonus 401k and cash bonuses for annual account, hourly, and gross revenue winners

General Role Description

Full-time Client Relations Managers sales position based out of our Bridgeton, MO territories.

This CRM position will be responsible for a first-person outreach, spreading the good word, making friends in business, developing trust relationships, participating in the community, and then asking for and earning new client companies' business, all while never losing existing accounts.

This is truly an OMNI channel, full circle, marketing experience in which we support our staff's hard work as well as providing true benefits to the industries we serve, regardless of size, we leave no one business or sector behind.

We have programs for Industrial, Food & Beverage, Retail, & Professional. We are here for ALL businesses whether traditional staffing or direct hire opportunities. We have a pick from the menu pricing for selling simplicity as well as adjustable competitive costing and terms adjustments when necessary.

No stodgy shiny shoe outreach at PlaceSmart, this is marketing at its best people doing business with people helping people. The Client Relations Manager has an assigned team on the inside and outside that work closely to support one another to set fair pricing for the client and agency, answering questions quickly and making decisions even faster.

Dedicated slack channels including email & disciplined phone responses to reduce confusion for everyone, taking open orders and filling those orders quickly, then billing accurately and collecting in a timely manner.
