Meet the Individuals:

Female in her 40s

• Enjoys writing stories, family time, arts, and crafts.
• Desires to stay active and spend more time outdoors.
• Requires assistance with general household management, meal planning, and staying active for improved health.
• Varied schedule depending on work commitments.
• She has cats, so the staff must be comfortable with feline friends.
• Clear English communication skill needed from staff due to cognitive disabilities.

Male in his 30s

• Passionate about sports, travel, cars, and spending time with family.
• Requires support with cleaning and organizing, managing paperwork, and healthcare appointments.
• Prefers a positive, active, and supportive staff member.

Male in his 30s

• Enjoys dining out and participates in the Special Olympics.
• Needs assistance in meal planning, community engagement, apartment organization, and paperwork.
• Connects well with female staff
• Available after 1 PM.

Location: New Hope, Robbinsdale, NE Minneapolis

Hours: 12-15 hours per week, with flexibility

Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one weekly service support identified by the individual's team and the Support Plan.
