Job Description:
Conducts internal audits for the Case Management Program by thoroughly completing and maintaining detailed quality assurance reports. Provides monthly audit forms and CSSP reviews to Case Managers, Supervisors and Program Director. Determines and communicates to Case Managers, Supervisors and Administrative staff whether all required program documentation is present, completed on-time and accurately in accordance with established government regulations and company policy & procedures. Completes special audit projects and when authorized and supports all Case Management audits.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older. Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Social Services. Possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Be detail oriented and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office programs. Have prior administrative and or experience working in the Human Services field is preferred. Have a valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
