Job Title: Lab Support (BASFJP00016020)
Job Location: Charlotte , NC 28273
Job Duration: 12 months contract
Shift: Monday through Friday - Standard Daytime Hours
Description:
- Will support lab activities.
- Work with Research Scientists to test polymers for the construction market.
- Complete laboratory projects to support Polymer Research & Development for construction applications.
- Perform maintenance and calibration activities required to maintain ISO compliance.
- Adhere to a high standard of safety.
- Serve within a laboratory team in such activities as equipment repairs, including interfacing with manufacturers,
- contractors and site facilities.
- Assist other technicians in the completion of development projects as necessary.
- Generate ideas that improve the safety, efficiency and overall effectiveness of the laboratory and its team.
Additional Description:
Bachelor's degree in science related field, chemistry preferred.
Previous Lab Experience is preferred.
No medical clearances required. NO respirator used. Will work primarily with water-based chemicals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
