JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree in related field
- Must have three years minimum experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or Technician in a drug product manufacturing facility
- Knowledgeable in cGMPs and FDA regulations
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable in ERP systems and Quality software
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- High performance team and strong team player
- Able to follow routine verbal or written instructions
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to work with minimal supervision
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversight of manufacturing operations to assure compliance to cGMPs
- Ensure SOP’s are being followed in the production areas
- Single point of contact in the production floor for any quality issue
- Inspect all GMP areas for cleanliness and order. Document inspection outcomes by completing reports
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
- Generate deviations or investigations in Agile system for non-conformances
- Issue, review and approve Notice of Events (NOE)
- Approve the cleanliness of room and equipment and approve them for use
- Check the in-process are within acceptance criteria
- Perform sampling of bulk products using ANSI/ASQ standards
- Perform and document sampling of raw materials
- Participate in validation tasks following written protocols
- Any other tasks assigned by the QA Production Supervisor
