PL Developments is Hiring a QC Label Room Inspector - Second Shift Near Clinton, SC
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0 - 2 years experience in related field
- Knowledge of FDA/cGMP guidelines
- Basic writing and math skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs repeatively and up to 50lbs
- Must be able to stand on feet all day, bend, stoop, and reach on all planes
- Must be able to climb ladders / stairs
- Must be able to push and pull
- Finger dexterity and fine hand manipulations with use on both hands
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain inventory control of all product labels within the label room.
- Coordinate orders with site Purchasing Associate
- Receive incoming shipments of labels
- Physically unpack cartons of rolls of labels
- Verify labels and quantities via supplier packing list and physical count
- Inspect labels for quality (wrap, color, vanish, size, spelling, etc)
- Inspect labels for accurate information according to customer’s specs
- Process new labels into inventory
- Maintain manual and electronic label information.
- Accurately identify labels in designation locations with proper identification.
- Maintain an accurate inventory count of all product labels
- Issue and Receive labels for production according to planning schedule
- Review pre-production paperwork and completed production paperwork for accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, temperature controlled and neat label room environment
- Perform cycle counts through the month.
- Assist the Quality Team as needed.
