We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products or services over the phone. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists
- Introduce our products or services to prospects and explain their benefits
- Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate key selling points
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales . Cabinet Industry experience would be a huge plus
- Ability to effectively market and sell products or services over the phone
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and overcome objections
- Comfortable with warm calling and building rapport with potential customers
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
