Bilingual Receptionist


Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/process.

Assist job candidates with various stages of the application process

Answer phones, take messages or transfer calls

Assist with day-to-day office maintenance

Perform data entry

Copying/faxing/scanning

Receive and distribute mail, messages, and packages

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Must have 1 year experience in a similar office role.

Experience working with MS Office Suite (Excel,outlook,word,powerpoint)

Must be comfortable speaking with people of various backgrounds

Must be self-driven motivated, and able to work with little supervision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Spanish fluency is a must.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment

Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material

To start working for PJS, candidates will present valid documentation that verifies their eligibility to work legally in the US. They must also be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check once a conditional job offer has been received.

We are looking to move forward and fill this position quickly. Starting pay is $16 per hour.

Our Commercial Janitorial company is looking for a full time fully bilingual (Spanish and English) receptionist to join our growing team. Must be friendly, reliable, computer savvy, multi-tasker, detail oriented and have a professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette. We are looking for a "people person" who shines at the front desk. Accuracy & detail oriented is required for this fast-paced environment.
