Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/process.
Assist job candidates with various stages of the application process
Answer phones, take messages or transfer calls
Assist with day-to-day office maintenance
Perform data entry
Copying/faxing/scanning
Receive and distribute mail, messages, and packages
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must have 1 year experience in a similar office role.
Experience working with MS Office Suite (Excel,outlook,word,powerpoint)
Must be comfortable speaking with people of various backgrounds
Must be self-driven motivated, and able to work with little supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Spanish fluency is a must.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
