We are looking for candidates with experience in full-service dining and bartending. Qualified candidates will have at least 1-2 years of experience in fine dining and looking for a part-time OR full-time position. Candidates are expected to memorize all menus, have bar knowledge, and present chef specials that change weekly. Candidates should have experience making craft cocktails using fresh ingredients, and wine and beer knowledge. Pizzaioli offers a full bar with an extensive list of wines by the glass and by the bottle. Must demonstrate strong customer service, professional communication skills, and work effectively in teams.
