We're the world's first pizza museum & restaurant and we're looking for people with restaurant kitchen skills who want to learn how to make pizza. We'll teach you all you need to know to build on your current skills to make amazing pizza.

We ask you bring a willingness to learn and availability ability to work shifts from 10AM - 8:30PM, 1PM-9:30PM and/or shorter swing shifts weekdays AND weekends. Drop us an application. We want to talk to you!

COMPENSATION:

The more skills you develop & the more you learn the pizza biz, the more you'll earn!

This position is tipped. With tips apprentices earn about $15-$16/hour ($13.00/hourly base tips).

Successful apprentices progress toward being killer pie makers, able to keep pace making beautiful pizzas to recipe during our busiest rushes & teaching others to do the same. Successful apprentices become mentors earning up to $20/hour (increased hourly base of $15.00-$16.00 tips)!

Our hope is you'll continue to grow, joining the ranks of very experienced pie makers with earnings up to $24/hour ($18-$20 hourly base tips).

Responsibilities:

*Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies *Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation as needed *Learn how to work pizza ovens *Learn to stretch, toss and top pies to order and/or to recipe *Develop speed & solid "kitchen sense" *Coordinate with BOH & FOH to facilitate smooth and efficient store operations *Clean up station and store leftover food in a food safe manner *Stock inventory as needed *Learn iPad-based POS system & facilitate customer payments as needed *Delivery friendly, great customer service

Qualifications

*Good communications skills (with staff and customers) *Cooking experience and/or Back of the House experience preferred *Able to meet all scheduling commitments, including weekend availability *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail and customer service *Ability to lift 60lbs

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $22.00/hour.

Our ingredients are sourced to support the singular flavor profiles of our pizza. We use as many locally grown inputs as is practical. Vegetables are farm fresh and ordered daily.
