The Role

We are looking for a Client Insights Analyst to be a source of incredible YouTube insights for the Pixability team and the big brands and agencies that we work with. The role requires a deep analytics background, along with specific knowledge of the advertising space, proficient skills in data reporting, and competitive analysis to contribute to the success of all digital initiatives. You will provide data, information and analysis to assist with metrics-driven strategy and media decisions, and also provide clients, stakeholders and partners with insights that drive traffic and improve conversion rates for various projects. You love data, storytelling and building new things. 

What You’ll Do

• Find the most interesting YouTube and CTV advertising trends leveraging our access to the highest concentration of YouTube data outside of Google
• Create clear ways to present the data to internal and external teams, that tells a compelling story
• Produce vertical insights reports on advertising trends on YouTube within a specific industry category
• Potential to work on high-impact public-facing insights projects that present newsworthy insights

What You Bring to the Party

• 3 years of experience analyzing and delivering insights to internal and external teams
• Experience in data analysis and report generation is a must, but even more important is the ability to find the compelling headline within the data and be able to tell that story
• Past agency experience or proven knowledge of digital advertising is important for this role
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides is needed
• Proficiency in Looker is a huge plus or, proficiency in a similar BI tool (Tableau etc) considered - Role requires the ability to understand our database layout and how the data is related 
• Experience effectively managing projects that support multiple clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Google Adwords, or ad tech platforms is a plus
