PowerBI/Fabric Project Leader Management Consultant
Scope of Work:The consultant will spearhead the Power BI and Fabric Implementation project, applying robust project management skills, meticulous planning, effective coordination, and deep subject matter expertise. Key responsibilities include:

Leading the transition from Tableau/Alteryx to Power BI/Fabric, ensuring seamless data migration, report conversion, and system integration.
Developing and executing a detailed project plan, addressing all technical and operational aspects of the Power BI/Fabric implementation.
Facilitating change management processes, including creating training materials and conducting workshops to ensure smooth user adaptation.
Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, setting realistic timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking project progress.
Implementing data governance and quality control measures specific to Power BI/Fabric.
Providing expertise in problem-solving and decision-making, especially in scenarios unique to the health services sector.

Deliverables:

A comprehensive Transition and Implementation Plan for Power BI/Fabric, detailing steps for data migration, system integration, and user training.
Training and Documentation Suite specifically tailored for Power BI/Fabric, catering to different user groups within the organization.
Monthly Progress Reports, including status updates, challenges faced, solutions implemented, and recommendations for future actions.
Data Migration and System Integration Report, providing insights into the migration process from Tableau/Alteryx to Power BI/Fabric.
A Post-Implementation Review Document, evaluating the effectiveness of the transition and offering strategies for ongoing improvements and optimizations.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading data transformation and analytics projects, particularly with a focus on Power BI, Fabric, and related Microsoft technologies.
Expertise in managing internal projects encompassing ERP, HRIS, or Financial Information Systems, particularly in the context of health services or non-profit sectors.
Demonstrated ability in driving IT system and data transformation projects, with a preference for experience in transitioning from Tableau/Alteryx to Power BI/Fabric.
Strong skills in project management, coordination, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with managing projects across multiple countries and time zones, respecting cultural and operational diversity.

Compensation, Diversity and Benefit Information:
The pay range for this position in Washington is $55 - $85/hr.; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
