Job Summary:
The Account Executive will help grow the company by working leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients. They will act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to end.
Job Duties:
·Contact existing customers via the daily task list in CRM system to close sales and generate new quotes.
·Prospect for new customers by adding to existing corporate locations or finding new businesses with tanks.
·Keep CRM updated with accurate names, the contact information of customers and communication notes.
·Set callbacks for each client for conference calls, follow up after an inspection or on a quote, and/or to discuss any possible work that they may need to be completed.
·Continually update your product knowledge through research, training or Q&A with SME.
·Review completed inspection reports for accuracy and forward to customers; if changes are needed, forward to the Inspections Department prior to sending.
·Gather all information needed to price recommendations from our inspection reports (including previous reports).
·If another company inspected the tanks, obtain inspection reports from customer to quote.
·Send and follow up on the quote to the customer in order to close the sale.
·Continually update 30/60/90 sales forecast throughout the month for mid/end month review.
·Convert quotes to sales and update information in CRM for either sold or lost sales.
·Work with the VP of Sales/Estimators to provide pricing for quotes.
·Call a minimum of 25 customers per day.

Qualifications:
·Previous sales experience (preferred)
·High school diploma/GED
·Good customer-service skills/etiquette
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
·Excellent Excel and Word skills and database skills
·Multi-tasking abilities and repetitive task management
·Attention to detail
·Time management skills
·Follow-up skills and good people skills
·Online researching skills
