- Title: Speech Language Pathologist

- Duration: Full-time Sy 24-25
- Onsite/Virtual: Onsite

- Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday
- Student Age Group: Multiple sites available
- Case Load: 55-65 kids
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings and collaboration with the student's educational team.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies to address communication disorders and promote functional communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the students' educational plans.
- Monitor students' progress towards speech and language goals, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide regular updates to educational team and parents.
- Provide consultation and training to school staff on strategies to support students' communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of speech and language therapy services provided.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred.
- Experience with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for a range of speech and language disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to promoting communication skills, literacy, and academic success for all students.
