Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a TS/SCI cleared Sr. Test and Evaluation Engineer to support the United States Space Force's Program Executive Office for Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power in El Segundo, California. The Sr. T&E Engineer will be responsible for leading testing efforts for Space and Ground systems while providing advisory services to the government customer as a SETA.
Responsibilities:

• Document program test strategy and plans, test scenarios, test requirements and development contractor contractual documents and Government program office documentation
• Work with Government developmental and operational test agencies/organizations to develop the test methodology consistent with the program manager's vision and other external stakeholders
• Lead in test working groups which plan, status, and discuss test related matters
• Work with development contractors to ensure developmental test objectives are consistent with applicable standards, instructions, and policy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience
• Must possess an active TS/SCI
• Experience with technical programs, systems engineering, test policy/execution of large scale space-based and ground-based space systems
• Experience with test requirements development, test engineering process, and DoD test and evaluation

Compensation:

• Pay range: $180,000 - $210,000
• Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days of paid time off, and 11 federal holidays
