Overview
ZP Group is seeking a Client Service Administrator (CSA) who is diligent, solutions-oriented, resourceful and works well in a fast-paced, results-driven staffing environment.
The CSA will work closely with branch operations to ensure the highest level of consultant experience, as well as providing branch leaders with data around consultant retention, replacement, and attrition.
Position Summary
The Client Service Administrator (CSA) will be responsible for ensuring both internal and external customers receive full support prior and during their employment with ZP Group.
The CSA is also the primary liaison with the corporate office regarding all HR, payroll, and finance (billing and spread) related issues.
The CSA will assist in the coordination and implementation of services as well as weekly time keeping / gathering to ensure consultants are paid on time.
The CSA will report to the Managing Director of Branch Operations.
