Pioneer Executives is Hiring a Team Member/Customer Service Near Fresno, CA

We are hiring! We are looking for an ambitious leader with a strong sense of community to join our rapidly expanding team. The Customer Service Team Member will work directly with the Senior Customer Service Manager to facilitate and execute all of our designated community relations and community outreach events. The entry level Customer Service Team Member will be required to interact directly with potential customers at our various community based events with the goal of increasing revenue and awareness for our clients.

Team Member/Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Work with upper management to create community focused outreach campaigns for our non-profit clients
  • Assist entry-level team members with revenue generation and brand recognition initiatives at community based events
  • Create a strong sense of connection and create lasting relationships with members of our region
  • Spread awareness and educate members of the community on our non-profit partners outreach initiatives both nationwide and locally
  • Participate in entry-level team meetings at our office
  • Maintain current knowledge of all marketing and sales strategies
  • Develop knowledge of company management practices and build on current methods by observing and collaborating with current management teams and other Customer ServiceTeam Members

Team Member/Customer Service Requirements:

  • A strong sense of community and the desire to give back is preferred
  • A people-person who is extremely comfortable working with members of the community
  • Previous experience in a community outreach or volunteer position preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of entry-level experience in a customer service, marketing or sales position
  • Expectation to grow and progress past the entry-level and into a more advanced role within our company and client organizations
  • Must be able to travel locally around the local area
  • Must be able to work full time hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Shift:

  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
