Pinx Catering is looking for an experienced and reliable Facilities Operations Coordinator to work at our facility in San Leandro, CA. 

Pinx is a close-knit team that works closely together to ensure the best possible experience for all of our clientele. Each person in our company has something they are most proficient at and we work with each of our team members to ensure they are being utilized in the areas they work best. Working events can be hard work and we want all of our team members to enjoy the work they do because that is reflected in the service they offer to our clients and represents us as a company.

This is a part time position. We are looking for self-motivated people who possess a sense of urgency. You must have a food handler's license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.

Your key role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our facility to support the catering and events services of Pinx Catering.

● Assisting with expediting supplies and food ● Dishwashing● Loading and unloading vehicles● Organizing, labeling and placing items back on shelves● Placing supply orders and store runs● Vehicle maintenance (gas, cleaning, etc.)● Other tasks as needed

Catering Server Requirements and Qualifications:

● High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)● 1 year of hospitality-related experience● Valid food handler's certification (If you don’t have a current food handler’s card, we will help you obtain one)● Excellent communication skills● Be self-motivated with a sense of urgency● Strong Communication Skills● Able to take direction● Able to Lift and carry up to 40 lbs● Flexible schedule● Reliable transportation

Hourly: $25 - $30
