Business Analyst Technical Lead
Location is Cincinnati, OH
2 days in the office
6 month contract with possible extensions and possible conversion to FTE
A comprehensive understanding of the full software development life-cycle including support.
Expertise in a wide range of technologies and the implementation of industry best practice.
Comfortable working directly with senior management and possessing excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience -
Proficient in all phases of Requirement Management including gathering, analyzing, detailing and tracking requirements and changes / defect management.
Experienced in documenting requirements
Rational and analytical approach to problem solving.
Proficient in MS Visio, Project, Access, Excel and SQL Server
Proficient in design and support of automated reconciliation tools such as AutoRek, Intellimatch
Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
Strong understanding of finance / accounting
OO Analysis & Design, UML
Management of User Acceptance Testing environments including issue recording and resolution
Project Management
Change Management
Stakeholder Management
Automated Reconciliation tool experience
Understanding Financial Reconciliation
Payments background
Requirements gathering (Interpreting Technical requirements)
Data analytics & SQL experience.

Pay Range: $57 - $63
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
