SKILLED ASPHALT PAVER OPERATOR

Asphalt paving company seeking highly experienced asphalt paver operator. Must have 7 years experience with Leeboy, Mauldin and Weiler pavers. Responsible for pre-checks and cleaning the machine after use. When not paving will work with the rest of the crew on other equipment. Skip loader, skid steer, roller, etc.

Pay: $35 per hour plus, based on experience

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday Through Friday
• Overtime and Weekends When Necessary
• Early Start Times (4AM-5AM)

Responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment including paver, skid steer, blade, and rollers.
• Complete assigned jobs in a timely manner
• Problem solve if issues arise on job site
• Troubleshoot and repair paving equipment

Qualifications:

• Arizona Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
• At least 7 years of experience on a paving crew, including demo, grading, and paving.
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment, including blade, skid steer, paver and roller.
• Seal coat and concrete experience a plus
• Strong Work Ethic
