Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to gather essential information
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other tools to support the estimating process
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop detailed proposals for clients outlining project scope, costs, and timelines

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Ability to interpret contracts and technical documents
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing
- Solid grasp of cost control methods and procedures
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in pricing and estimates
