Registered Nurse

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform various medical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Assist in the coordination of patient care and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks)
- Knowledge of specialized areas such as dermal fillers, ostomy care, infant care, special needs, ambulatory surgery center, health coaching, airway management, and coding
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
