The Surgery RN position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

We are seeking a Surgery RN to join our dedicated team at Oregon Reproductive Medicine. This is a Full-time position, working 4 shifts per week Monday - Friday with start times ranging from 6:30AM to 8:00AM (8-9 hour work shifts with some variation) and alternating weekends and holidays required.

RESPONISBILITES

• Performing pre and post-operative care
• Circulating in the OR
• Assists with cases
• Communicating complex post-operative instructions to patients
• Working closely with fellow nursing staff, Anesthesiologist, surgical techs and Physicians to ensure superior patient care
• Circulating in the surgery department
• Good judgment, even in emergent situations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• RN degree required
• Pre-Op, PACU or Operation Room experience preferred
• IV skills
• ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Oregon Registered Nursing license

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$41.74 - $56.51 hourly

The compensation range for this position is between $41.74 and $56.51 per hour. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
