Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical/Surgical care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with procedures such as suturing and administering injections
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Skills:
ER RN Experience preferred
*Cerner EMR Experience Required*
- Experience in Pediatrics or working with children is highly desirable
- Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation
- Skilled in sonography and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Ability to suture wounds and administer injections effectively
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and ER protocols
