The Residential Surveillance Agent will conduct counter surveillance at multiple residences of high profile clients and report all suspicious activity.

High School Diploma or GED with a couple years of residential, military service, and/or law enforcement experience. California Guard Card, CCW, and BSIS exposed is required. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

• Prior residential security, military, and/or law enforcement experience.
• Concierge-level customer service experience.
• Successful problem resolution skills.
• Able to complete thorough and accurate investigations and reports.
• Professional demeanor and solid communication skills (interpersonal, radio, email, and text).
• Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office.
