Contract Period: Year-round position, 40 hours/week, non-exempt (nights/2nd shift)
Supervisor: Custodial and Event Manager
Qualifications: High School diploma, or equivalent combination of experience and education. No previous experience is required. Good physical condition is required.
Duties: ● Perform regular daily cleaning/vacuuming of all public, office, and classroom areas, including restrooms, as assigned. ● Lock and check all doors and windows. ● Assist with setting up events. ● Assist in moving furniture and supplies. ● Mop, wash, and wax floors. ● Make simple repairs as assigned. ● Report all situations beyond ability to control to the Custodial and Event Manager. ● Perform other duties as assigned by the Custodial and Event Manager. ● Complete additional assignments delegated by the Facilities Director, which may involve outdoor tasks on school premises such as picking up litter, removing trash receptacles, and shoveling snow.
