Booking Agent for Busy Family Portrait Studio (not a photography job). This is OUTBOUND SALES/appointment setting plus customer service job. Phone Sales - Outbound - No Cold Calling - FUN environment
About the Company:
We are an established, high service luxury Photography Studio specializing in family portraiture. We are looking for two motivated individuals to join our successful business with the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
Position - Booking Agent- Join our fun-filled, close-knit team, where we specialize in photography and creating beautifully crafted artwork pieces to showcase in homes all around NW Indiana and beyond!
You will be responsible for booking clients for our growing studio. Ensuring that our clients receive a high level of customer service and daily operational schedules are maintained.
Who we are looking for? A well-presented, motivated and target driven individual. Outgoing. Well spoken. High Energy.
Personable, able to build rapport over the phone, have amazing customer service and genuine care for the client.
Knows how to work a computer and fairly tech savvy and has good ability to learn a simple booking computer program and process.
Must be good under pressure, You're a reliable team player and have the ability to work autonomously whilst dealing efficiently and thoroughly with the booking process.
A confident, engaging and positive personality is vital.
Have the ability to FOLLOW A SCRIPT and can sit down and hit performance goals.
Sales experience is desirable.
This is a part-time job (WEEKDAYS) and top performers have the ability to get additional hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
