We are looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service person for our Collision Center.

The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the department phone, greeting customers, and assisting in office staff.

Responsibilities

Answer department incoming calls, greet and receive customers

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent listening / communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
