Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean rooms according to our Cleaning Standards (A detailed written guide will be provided)
• Wipe/dust various surfaces and furniture
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash bins
• Change linens/towels and replace toiletries
• Help with regular housekeeping laundry duties and ironing
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to complete the daily cleaning schedule
• Report any issues that require maintenance to upper management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Organizational and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Openness to learn and ability to follow instructions
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Willing to work occasional weekends and limited holiday seasons
• Physical stamina for being on your feet throughout shifts
• Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds
• Pulling and pushing items up to 100 pounds
• Frequent bending, stooping and kneeling

Skills:

• Custodial skills
• Carpet cleaning experience
• Housekeeping management knowledge
• Ability to clean residential properties effectively
• Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning procedures
• Basic cooking skills (preferred but not required)
• Ability to launder and sanitize linens
