Description

Pinehurst Country Club is now hiring 1 Full Time and 2 Seasonal Maintenance Technicians! 

Maintain clubhouse facility and equipment. Painting and door and window maintenance; roof and ceiling maintenance.

Maintain and make general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, appliances, elevators, ventilation systems, and building structures of the club.

Maintain the air conditioning, refrigerators, ice makers, and pool pumps.

Supervises the filtration and chlorination of the swimming pool, tests swimming pool water, and maintains daily log of water test results for local health department inspections. 

Performs routine preventative maintenance required by club's procedures. 

Installs tile, drywall; makes grouting repairs, patches walls, and paves brick. 

Repair small motors.

Attends department staff meetings. 

Completes other appropriate tasks as assigned by manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

1 Year Maintenance experience in an institutional or business setting.

Basic knowledge of trades to understand repair problems and make minor repairs.

Power tool experience.

Lock repair and replacement.

Window glass replacement.

Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations. 

Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, varied hours.
