The Physical Therapist is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients who suffer from conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. The PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement.
Qualifications:
- COVID-19 Vaccinated
- Physical Therapy License in NYS
- 2 years of experience is a major plus
- Experience working with geriatric population and help them in attaining their potential.
- Experience in sub-acute/ skilled nursing facility setting is highly preferred.
