At Pinch Kitchen Bar, we are currently seeking a talented Mixologist - Bartender to join our dynamic team at our on-site location in Miami, FL.

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $14.00 hourly, in addition to tips that average approximately $800 to $900 every two weeks, depending on your upselling experience.

Plus, we offer the following benefits:

• Health, dental, and vision after 90 days
• 401(k) after 1 year of continuous employment

You will work 30 - 35 hours per week across day, night, and weekend shifts but you will be off on Mondays.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Alongside your mixology skills, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. From ensuring all bottles, glassware, and equipment are properly stocked and ready for service, to keeping the bar area clean and presentable, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are paramount. Additionally, providing exceptional customer service is at the core of our values. Interacting with guests, taking orders, and attending to their needs with a friendly and attentive demeanor will be a key part of your role.
