Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and follow up on leads
- Process policy renewals, updates, and claims efficiently
- Stay updated on insurance products, trends, and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and goals

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance or related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple language
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and insurance industry practices
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred
- Familiarity with benefits administration and outside sales is advantageous
