We are seeking an dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Full-time position is available for experience practitioner, part-time position is available for new graduate with transition to full-time position. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with mental health disorders. Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to the overall well-being and recovery of our patients.

```Responsibilities```

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

- Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness

- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

```Experience```

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Preferable experience working with mainly adults with some adolescents and seniors in an outpatient mental health setting.

- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation standards

- Solid knowledge of psychiatric medications

- Understanding of physiology and its relation to mental health disorders
