New York, New York Job Description The firm's New York Real Estate practice group has an immediate need for a junior level (1st or 2nd year) Associate with commercial real estate transactional and/or real estate finance experience. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of matters - on both the debt and equity sides of the practice – including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, ownership, development, financing and restructuring of a wide range of commercial real estate assets throughout the US (for domestic and foreign clients). The role also involves assisting in the growth of the firm's business (and the New York Real Estate group) through interaction with clients and potential clients and participation in industry organizations.
