Position Summary

The Operation Associate will work, assist, and collaborate with the entire team. The individual

will be responsible for supporting the team with client correspondence, account reviews, and day

to day operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and organize the workflow and collaborate with all facets of the operation
• Continuously reviewing operating processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective
• Onboard new client accounts
• Resolve trade and settlement issues by working directly with custodians and team

Required Skills

• Experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Meticulous - Great attention to details
• Hard working, with professional drive and desire to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively navigate relationships at various levels
• Ability to multitask self-motivated independent team player

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 2 years of total work experience preferred; experience in financial investments preferred
