Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Licensed Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues. Your expertise in data collection, construction inspection, and quality control will be crucial in ensuring the safety and quality of the homes we inspect.
Duties:
- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including interior and exterior components.
- Evaluate the structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and other key aspects of the property.
- Utilize blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct thorough data collection during inspections, including measurements, photographs, and written notes.
- Analyze inspection findings and prepare detailed reports outlining any issues or concerns discovered.
- Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements based on your expertise in construction management.
- Collaborate with clients to answer any questions or concerns they may have regarding the inspection process.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections conducted.
