Major Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Maintain existing and establish new referral connections
• Attend local networking events
• Visit prospects’ offices for follow-up visits
• Social media posts, increase followers and audience
• Attend company-sponsored events during weekdays or on weekends

Qualifications for Marketing Coordinator

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be self-driven and passionate about meeting people and be growth oriented
• Weekend work required on an as-needed basis
• The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication. Bilingual with Spanish is a plus

Education:

• College diploma/degree preferred but not required
• Active TREC Realtor Agent License preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales is required

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation for effective communication
• Knowledge of computer programs and applications, particularly word, excel, and PowerPoint
• Spanish speaking is a plus
