Our business is always improving and we are looking to add an entry level home inspector. We are exceptional at training and effectively on-boarding new team members. No previous field related experience is required. As a home inspector, you would be responsible for evaluating the major systems of a home and communicating your findings.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess strong customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs & access crawl spaces
  • Ability to pass all employment screenings
  • Required to authorize background and driving checks

Hours:

The position requires availability Monday through Friday and typically two Saturdays a month for a total of approximately 40 hours per week

Benefits:

  • Company car provided
  • Medical, dental and vision care (company pays 80% of employee premium)
  • Short and long term disability (paid in full by the company)
  • Up to 3% matching contributions into a retirement account
  • 20 days of earned paid time off per year

Compensation:
$40,000 to $60,000 starting salary based on experience and qualifications
