As a Sales Rep, Here's What You'll Do:
Build rapport with potential customers to earn appointments and meet your monthly sales and appointment setting quotas.
Demonstrate our product features and benefits to customers based on their needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through on-going communication and relationship management.
Assist with creating territory sales forecasts.
Meet team and individual competitive pre and post-sales goals.
Maintain reporting of sales activities.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues as needed.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
Previous bedding industry sales experience or previous retail store sales associate experience.
A proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
Excellent communication customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation details:
60000-70000 Yearly Salary
