Pier Pins is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Long Branch, NJ

Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments, scheduling reservations with customers over the phone, and assisting with helping create reservations on our website
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Assist with data entry, closing out open tabs, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Manage voicemails, and emails from customers
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area/recreation area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Familiarity with calendar management software for scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry and maintaining records

This is a full-time position with regular business hours that offers a competitive rate. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
