Description:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Supervises and coordinates the daily operations and efficient delivery of rehabilitation services, to include physical therapy, speech therapy, and/or occupational therapy. Conducts evaluations and provides skilled patient care to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. Provides patient care to all age groups to include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of an accredited therapy program with a BS or MS or DPT Degree in Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Therapist.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current Georgia License. BLS certification through AHA. Must maintain current CEUs as required by the State.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
One (1) to Two (2) years of experience in management preferred.
